Amazing place and service. I had experience before with podoterapie recommended by GP, which didn’t have any technical advancements as Foot First. Not only Foot First had all the 3D scans, cameras to record and analyze your walking pattern, pressure sensors etc, but also Alper explains a lot about philology, connecting it between western and eastern medicines. Alpert has so much passion for his profession, it’s really interesting to talk with him. After analyzing my metrics he had a guess about my condition and after performing another small test he confirmed it. He also performed manual therapy and all went to how it’s supposed to be. It’s quite rarely I see medical expert so competent and having expanded his knowledge way beyond what is taught in school.

My wife Mylyn was here a few weeks ago and received excellent help. After walking around for months with a heel spur, as told by another podiatrist, she went to her physiotherapist. He advised her to go to Foot First, as he considered it the best. And he was indeed right. Here, it turned out that it wasn't a heel spur at all. She is now in much less pain thanks to the right insoles and exercises. It might take her a bit longer to become pain-free because she walked around with it for too long. She should have come here much sooner.

Alper literally changed my life. This is the second year that I am making my insoles with him. Before that, I had injures every month because of the way I walked. His manual therapy is also really helpful and releases a lot of tensions and stress. He is very calm, kind and respectful. One good example of his professionalism is that he never makes us coming more than it would be necessary. Foot First Podotherapie is a really clean place, very welcoming and easy to get there. I highly recommend!
